Because each First Light book is made just for you, we don't accept general returns — but we absolutely stand behind the quality of every piece we create.

Damaged or Misprinted Books

If your book arrives damaged or there's a printing issue, we'll make it right. Just email us at support@firstlightstorybooks.com with a few clear photos showing the problem, and we'll take care of a replacement as quickly as possible.

A note on custom work.

Every First Light book is uniquely created using your photos and details, which means all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside of damage or misprints — but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
